Nibs
Come with the sun still on the sea. Stay until the village lights up.
Getting to Nibs
From the table, the village below, the open sea and the forest closing the frame. The sun drops behind the forest on the far side. The village lights up before the main course, and the night stays.
Few tables, and none with a closing time. Start with the aperitivo, with the light still on the water.
Open to those not sleeping here
Five minutes by car from the centre, with parking at the top. Book before you drive up.
A table booked here also takes you up to the lookout.

The kitchen
Live fire and what the region grows: the fish of the day from this coast, vegetables in season (some from the hotel garden) and good meat.
The cocoa
In a dessert, in a pairing, in one plate of the evening, and in the morning in the fruit and the roasted beans.
The list
Wines to last a whole evening, and cocktails for the sunset hour.

The first light comes in sideways through the dining room
Breakfast is served at Nibs, included with every suite, with the bay in front of the table and the seven o'clock light coming in from the side. Cocoa is there from the morning: in the fruit and in the roasted bean.
À la carte. The house bakery sends out the croissant, the pão de queijo and the pastries of the day. Tapioca, omelettes and scrambled eggs, on the card.

From the bed to the plate, a hundred metres downhill
The kitchen garden and the orchard sit down the hill, and part of what the kitchen uses comes out of them the same day. The rest comes from growers in the region.
The menu moves with what is coming in. Walk down to the garden and taste the cocoa fruit before it becomes a bar.

The date
The date, at the table with the view
Birthdays, anniversaries, proposals. We hold the table with the view, agree on the toast and take care of the rest. Tell us when you book.
