Destination Wedding
The ceremony on the lookout, dinner facing the bay, and the closest guests sleeping here. The list of who sleeps is short, and the weekend stays closed.

The whole hotel
One family or one group takes all fourteen suites, and the gate closes. No other guests, no breakfast sitting, no sharing the pool. The most requested format, and the simplest.

Corporate retreat
A small team, a few days. Work in the morning, the Cocoa Coast in the afternoon. Best outside high season, with the village empty and the hotel to the group alone.
Two hundred people standing, and the bay behind every one
The space sits on the high ground of the property, on the lookout, and holds a hundred to two hundred people standing. Behind them, the village, the mouth of the Contas River and the open sea.
The Nibs kitchen serves the party, with the garden on the plate. In the whole-hotel format, the restaurant closes for the group.

The party holds two hundred; the suites are fourteen. For a larger group, some guests sleep in the village, a five-minute drive away, and we help arrange it.
